Rafał Durasiewicz

Co-Founder

Rafał has been working with insurers for the last 20 years, including customers from the UK, Poland, Germany and Italy. From 2007 he has played various roles on transformation and IT implementation projects – developer, architect, project stream lead – and later ran projects and programmes as a PM, including:

Since then he has run, supported or overseen several key UK projects including ClaimCenter upgrades for Allianz, LV= and QBE.

A father of two, in his free time he likes to organise travels, analyse companies listed on the stock exchange and support his favourite (and the best in the world) football club Legia Warszawa. He is based in Warsaw/London.

Greg Podleśny

Co-Founder

Greg worked with several leading core platforms including Guidewire, TIA and Fadata. During his career he worked with customers in General Insurance such as Admiral, Allianz, Aviva, Generali, LV=, PZU, Saga and Warta, and in the London Market with the likes of Arch, Beazley, Enstar, Liberty and StarStone.

He is especially proud of:

Greg makes sure things happen and supports teams to work independently. His interests include running, canoeing, reading, cooking, cycling and promoting carbon-neutral initiatives. He is a lucky husband and a father of three, and is based in Warsaw/London.

Michał Stanik

Co-Founder

Michał has been working for the financial sector for over 12 years in both business and technical roles. For the last four years he has been running various transformation and technology projects for the London Market, and previously ran quality assurance advisory.

He is a big aviation enthusiast – when he has a moment he gets on his simulator and flies around the world, and once he has a bit more free time he will finish his pilot licence. He loves travelling and is based in Warsaw/London.
