2. Data processed when you visit the website

Our hosting and network providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, browser information and server diagnostic data. We process this data to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary for security, troubleshooting and legal purposes, in accordance with the retention periods applied by our hosting provider.

3. Google Analytics

If you select “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics helps us understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics may process information such as the pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referrer, interaction events and online identifiers stored in analytics cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Google Analytics is not loaded and does not receive website analytics data before you consent.

We have disabled advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation. Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months. Google may retain other data for the periods described in its service documentation.
